The library fee depends according to the school rules and regulation, whether they provide free service or charges the fees.
NASL has formed a library development club in each member school so that they could establish a good library and develop a sound environment. The LDC has been formed of 9 members, having the patronage of the head master under the coordination of teacher librarian with the active participation of parents/ guardians and students from grade 5 to 9 and every year when 9 class upgrade to class 10, the upcoming grade 5 will be replaced in a committee as a substitute of grade 9.
